Jessica is a smart and outgoing young girl who never has any trouble making friends. In her free time, she can usually be found outside playing soccer with all of her friends and classmates. She works hard in school and really loves to learn. With a passion for helping others, Jessica dreams of becoming a doctor when she grows up.
Sadly, Jessica’s father is no longer around to care for her. This leave her mother to care for her with the help of Jessica’s grandma. Jessica’s mother sells tortillas to make a living, but the money is inconsistent. Despite her best efforts, she often can’t give Jessica everything she needs.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
