Oliver is a happy boy with a bright personality. In his free time, he can usually be found playing soccer with all his friends. He’s also working hard to get good grades in school, especially in math class. With a courageous heart, Oliver wants to become a police officer when he grows up so he can protect his community.
Sadly, Oliver’s father left the family a long time ago and doesn’t support them. As a result, Oliver’s mother works hard as a housekeeper to care for him and his siblings. Even so, her income is small, and Oliver often goes without basic necessities.

Continue giving monthly or annually to meet your child's needs and write letters to stay in touch

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
