Ebenezer is extremely playful and loves nothing better than inventing new games with his friends or kicking around a soccer ball. He is working hard to earn good grades in school, because one day he hopes to become a teacher with a classroom of his own. Ebenezer's mother died just last year, and he is still working through his grief. His father, who works on a paddy farm, has struggled to provide for and take care of all six children in his wife's absence. Despite his best efforts, he couldn't care for them alone, so he brought them to live at the children's home. Sponsorship now gives Ebenezer access to things like a quality education and nutritious meals.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
