Rose is a shy but sweet girl who is a joy to everyone around her. She is doing well in school and especially enjoys her science class. After finishing her homework, she loves to play soccer with friends and ride her bicycle. Rose hopes to become a doctor someday so she can help care for the sick people in her community.
Rose is no stranger to poverty. Rose’s father works long hours as a day laborer, but he is paid very little. Her mother stays home to care for the children, so they rely on just one small income. Despite her parents’ efforts, they struggle to make ends meet. Sponsorship will give Rose access to things like nutritious meals and a quality education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
