Roshni is a friendly and compassionate girl who tries to make everyone around her feel loved. She enjoys making new friends and loves to spend her free time coming up with creative games to play. With a desire to care for others, Roshni hopes to become a nurse. Roshni lives in an impoverished slum and faces many challenges as she attempts to achieve her dreams. Her parents are members of one of the lowest castes in India and struggle to find labor jobs to provide for their children. Oftentimes, they are forced to beg to earn enough money for daily necessities. Sponsorship now gives Roshni access to things like medical care, nutritious food, and educational assistance.
