Introverted by nature, Ngamminsien prefers to spend his free time alone or with a small group of his close friends. With a beautiful singing voice, he likes to practice new songs. One day, Ngamminsien dreams of becoming a teacher so that he can help educate other children in his community. Ngamminsien has suffered heartbreak. His mother died in childbirth, and his father's mental illness prevents him from taking care of Ngamminsien. Despite his aunt's best efforts to provide for him, she decided to bring him to live at a nearby children's home. Sponsorship now gives Ngamminsien access to things like a quality education and nutritious meals.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
