Mangsonlien has a kind and compassionate spirit that has helped him make many friends at his nursery school. He enjoys playing with his friends and learning new things with them, especially when he gets to learn new nursery rhymes. One day, Mangsonlien wants to be a teacher. Mangsonlien has known a lot of sadness in his life. His father died in 2015 after a long battle with cancer. His mother now works as a daily laborer and finds jobs where she can. However, she often struggles to provide for her children on her own. Sponsorship now gives Mangsonlien access to things like a quality education and nutritious meals.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
