Vankhawpuimawi is a kind girl who can often be found playing with her friends or singing new songs. She works hard to earn good grades in school and particularly enjoys her science class. When she grows up, Vankhawpuimawi hopes to become a doctor and save lives.
Life has been anything but easy for Vankhawpuimawi. Her mother passed away from a stroke a few years ago, and her father died on his way to the hospital with an unknown illness. With no other family, Vankhawpuimawi now lives in a children’s home. Through sponsorship, Vankhawpuimawi will receive things like nutritious meals, durable clothing, and a quality education.

How Sponsorship Works
Choose a child to sponsor from the country of your choice
Receive your welcome packet in the mail with more info on your child
Continue giving monthly or annually to meet your child's needs and write letters to stay in touch

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
