Kirti is known for her inquisitive personality and her desire to learn new things. She loves to learn more about solving equations in math class. She hopes to become a doctor when she grows up so that she can help the sick and injured in her community. In her free time, Kirti loves riding her bike with the other kids in her community.
Kirti is no stranger to poverty. Kirti’s parents long to see her achieve her dreams, but because of their low status in the caste system, they struggle to find stable employment. Their meager and irregular wages leave the family unable to afford basic necessities.
