Thanks to you, there is one less person in the world without a Bible. Your sacrificial gift is already offering hope, comfort, and joy to a believer or to one who is searching for the truth.

Millions of people around the world don’t have access to God’s Word—but you saw one person in need and decided to do something about it. Thank you!

Your investment is at work placing Bibles into the hands of those who are desperate for a copy of their very own. In 2015 alone, a total of 243,082 Bibles were sent around the world!

CHINA

Thousands of Christians throughout China face persecution, threats, and arrest from local authorities simply for meeting together. This also means access to Bibles is limited, especially in rural provinces.

Believers who receive God’s Word through your investment are so grateful for the means to grow in their faith:

“It is difficult to obtain large print Bibles. Since I’m older now, I struggle to read the small font of most Bibles. The church gave me a large print Bible, and I was not only overjoyed, but it gave me the motivation to study God’s Word even more. I was able to read through the entire Bible again in the past six months. I was informed that this Bible was provided to me free of charge from brothers and sisters overseas. I thank God and thank you for this wonderful gift!” –Liu, Xuzhou, Jiangsu province

“Thank you for the Bible you’ve gifted me! May the Lord bless you! I attend a local house church and it is where I received my free Bible. I have become stronger in my faith through studying scripture, and I’m greatly touched by your generous offering! I have been witnessing to those around me and sharing the story of how I received my own Bible; encouraging people to love and know Christ. Every time I lay my eyes on my Bible I’m reminded of you. I will never forget you!” –Ruth, Ningbo, Zhejiang province

MIDDLE EAST

In addition to losing their homes, loved ones, and entire livelihoods, many Christian refugees had their Bibles and Christian literature confiscated and burned by ISIS.

Because of your generosity, you have placed a Bible in the hands of a refugee in the Middle East. And your gift, combined with the compassion of so many others, has provided thousands of Bibles in audio, digital USB, and children’s illustrated storybook formats.

On a recent trip, our team met Marvin, a 10-year-old boy who is so proud of his children’s Bible that he carries it with him to school every day.

Despite persecution, believers in the Middle East want to see Christianity grow. The Qu’ran calls Jesus the “Light of the world.” The prayer of Christians across the Middle East is that they can reflect the light of Jesus to Muslims—and your gift of a Bible helps them do just that.

THANK YOU

The Bible is a precious gift. It reveals God’s plan for salvation—and how to live, act, and serve Christ during this lifetime. Within its pages are the eternal words of Jesus Christ.

When you give a Bible to a believer in many spiritually dark regions of the world, you are meeting a tangible spiritual need as they desperately long for the comfort of reading more about God and His truths. Thank you for being the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus!

    • God’s Word Brings Hope to Refugee Frontlines
    • In less than two months’ time, an average of 1 in every 200 refugees seeking asylum in Europe has been reported dead or missing. These sobering numbers speak for themselves—there has never been a more crucial time for the Church to rise up and reflect the powerful love of Christ in the face of agonizing fear and grief.

    • The Cuban people are starving for Bibles.
    • The doors to Cuba are open . . . and God is clearly moving there! But there are just not enough Bibles. Some pastors don’t even own their own Bible. House churches are lucky to have a copy to share, handed from person to person—row to row—just to read God’s Word for themselves. The need for Bibles is so great because God’s Word isn’t allowed to be printed in Cuba.

    • Believers Beg for God’s Word in North Korea
    • Being a Christian in North Korea can literally mean death! Bibles are forbidden and Christ followers must keep their identities totally secret. If they are discovered, they could be executed or ultimately worked to death in labor camps—where an estimated 50,000 -70,000 Christians are being held today . . . even children.
